Return Process

  1.  Contact us first – Do not return the item without approval.
  2.  Ship it back (if required) – We’ll provide a return address.
  3.  Refund/Replacement – Once received, we’ll process your refund or ship a replacement.

* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

* For returns due to buyer’s preference (non-defective), return shipping may be at the customer’s expense.
