Shipping Information

This page explains the general shipping process for orders placed through ONELINKMORE.

Order processing

Product availability, processing time and the shipping method can vary by item, quantity and destination. The applicable shipping charge and estimated delivery information will be shown at checkout or confirmed in a quotation.

Tracking

When tracking is available for the selected service, tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges and other destination-country fees are not included unless they are expressly stated in the checkout terms or quotation. The recipient is responsible for confirming and paying applicable destination charges.

B2B and express shipments

For volume orders, time-sensitive shipments or use of a buyer-provided courier account, contact us before ordering or submit an RFQ.
